Applications

Sandblasting is a process for surface treatment of workpieces. Adopting compressed air as the power, it forms a high-speed jet beam to spray material (copper ore, quartz sand, emery, iron sand, sea sand) to the surface of the workpiece, changing its appearance or shape.

Due to the impact and cutting effect of the abrasive, the workpiece surface obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, improving mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, and coating adhesion while prolonging coating durability.
