This hexagon socket head cap screw is manufactured from titanium alloy – Grade 2 (commercially pure) or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 offers excellent corrosion resistance and formability; Grade 5 provides strength comparable to 10.9 steel at 60% of the weight. The head conforms to DIN912. The unique feature is the anodised finish available in custom colours: red, blue, green, rainbow, orange, yellow. The anodised layer increases surface hardness and wear resistance. Titanium screws are non-magnetic, biocompatible, and resistant to seawater, making them ideal for racing equipment, medical devices, and marine applications. Colours can be tailored to your design requirements.
