This premium SEMS screw assortment is made from titanium alloys – Grade 2 (commercially pure) and Grade 5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V). Grade 2 offers excellent formability and corrosion resistance; Grade 5 provides strength comparable to alloy steel at 60% of the weight. The head is slotted pan head (cross recess is also possible; title says “Slotted Pan Head") with a pre‑assembled flat washer. The screws have a plain or anodised finish. Because titanium is non‑magnetic, biocompatible and highly resistant to seawater, these screws are used in aerospace, high‑end racing and marine equipment. Supplied as an assortment with various lengths, they are ideal for prototyping and repair kits.
